We just had the video and forgot to take a picture. Handle door is broke, room is really uncomfortable and we had ask to change room unfortunately that day was fully booked. Hoping the management take an action and we're look forward to see the best in your hotel apartment for the next staycation. Btw, the positive things abt this hotel it is very close (sharing buliding with ITCC mall) but you still need a transportation if you're wish going to city centre of Sabah.

Stayed to attend family events. The place is just nice for us. Except the elevator was quite occupied during our stay. However it is understandable for it's a festive season. The apartments was fully booked. The housekeeping and front office were helpful and friendly ❤️

If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended.

Room main door lock rosak ,xboleh kuncing safety Dan ada kotor lagi , Kate rosak pending main door xsafty boleh kunci mahu juga rental kasih customer tinggal ..bad service 。baru 1st night ada sudah .cockroach.
